Massage into your skin, focusing on areas that maybe experiencing joint pain, muscle tension, discomfort and cramping such as legs, arms, abdomen and back. Spray it directly onto slightly damp skin or dampen the area with water after spraying to enhance absorption.

 

Leave on the skin or wash off after 20-30 minutes.

 

Avoid broken or delicate skin and sensitive areas and mucus membranes.

 

There might be a slight tingling sensation in your skin the first few times you use it, which should fade after a few applications. You can dilute with more water if it bothers you too much.
